The U.S. Patent Office allowed broad claims for CD40 – TLR combinations on U.S. Patent Application number 10/748,010, “Immunostimulatory Combinations”. This provides protection for the broad adjuvant platform discovered by ImmuRx scientists who demonstrated that stimulating both TLR and CD40 receptors caused synergistic effects.
